The Apartment
Separate living and sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed and dressing area, an en-suite shower room, and a small living space with kitchenette, fridge and coffee machine.
Casa Vita Nova is a small three-room house in San Vito Lo Capo, a few minutes' walk from Sicily's most beautiful beach — run by two friends, not a booking algorithm.
“Vita Nova — Italian for “new life.” It's also just a name to us: two friends, one small house, and a stretch of Sicilian coast we never really left.”
Robin and Timo met in Hamburg, long before either of them had a reason to fly to Sicily. That changed more than thirteen years ago, on a first trip to San Vito Lo Capo — and it never quite stopped.
Timo works in travel for professional athletes; Robin keeps goal in the German Bundesliga. Neither had time for a second home — so they built one anyway, on a quiet street a few minutes from the water.
After years of renovation — more than either of them likes to admit — Casa Vita Nova welcomes its first guests in 2026. Write to us, and one of us will probably answer.
— Robin & Timo
Between Monte Monaco and the Mediterranean lies one of Sicily's most beautiful stretches of coast: water so clear it looks tropical, sand that stays cool underfoot even in August. The old town is small enough to know by heart after a few days — espresso in the piazza each morning, fresh seafood at sunset, everything else within walking distance. Days here have a way of slowing down until they turn into memories.
Casa Vita Nova sits on a quiet street a few minutes from the beach and the piazza, arranged over two floors. Take one room or the whole house — it's built to flex around your group.
Separate living and sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed and dressing area, an en-suite shower room, and a small living space with kitchenette, fridge and coffee machine.
A double room with air conditioning, en-suite shower room and fridge — linked to the Apartment next door by an internal door. Ideal for families or two couples travelling together.
Reached by its own outside staircase: a bright apartment with a bedroom, dressing area and en-suite bathroom, a living area with two sofa beds, air conditioning — and a private terrace for slow breakfasts and long dinners under the Sicilian sky.
Casa Vita Nova welcomes its first guests in 2026. Send us your dates, how many you are, and which room feels right, and Robin or Timo will get back to you personally — usually faster than a booking site would.
